Mr. Nand Kishore Prasad Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs that petitioner has filed Title Suit No. 22621/569 of 2021/22 before the Sub Judge-9, Gaya, in which summons have been issued to the defendants and they have already appeared. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to pursue the Title suit.
