The petitioner seeks bail in Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 165 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. After more than one year the name of the petitioner figured in the case as some of the witnesses disclosed that the petitioner was seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 01.09.2014, but has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.962 of 2015 (4) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 165 of 2013.
