JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. None has seen the actual killing of the deceased and only on the basis of suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. The only allegation against him is that he along with others attempted to cremate the dead body of the deceased. Moreover, co-accused Ramu Mehto, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura. in
