JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-02-2020 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned respondents to make available to him an amount of Rs. 6,88,960/- which is due to him for having constructed a boundary wall in the graveyard situated in village Jalai Paschim Puranwas, under Manowar Panchayat, in the district of Saharsa.

It has been submitted that the work with the approved estimate of Rs. 8,43,300/- was entrusted to the petitioner. The petitioner has completed the work but for

On the suitable representation being filed by the petitioner before respondent no. 3/District Magistrate, Saharsa within a period of two weeks, the concerned respondent shall look into the matter, verify the records, ascertain the payability of the claim made by the petitioner and shall pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks of the receipt of such representation. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary arrangement shall be made for making payment of the aforesaid balance amount at the earliest. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
