The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, registered under Sections 385 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 16 and 17 of the Unlawful Assembly of People's Act.

On the basis of the written report of the informant, Sunil Kumar Singh, this case has been filed against unknown. In fact, the petitioner was apprehended by the police in Alipur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, registered under Sections 414 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 25, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, thereafter, police got recorded his confessional statement showing involvement in present case and remanded on 29.08.2019, since, then he is in custody.

Submission is that petitioner is on bail in Alipur P.S.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Gaya.
