Earlier on appearance of both the parties, matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center. The report of the Mediator has been received, which is kept at flag - 'B' from which, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation on the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in pursuance of settlement reached between the parties, they are now living together.
Opposite party no. 2 has also supported the above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1887 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the provisional bail earlier granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.01.2019 is confirmed on the condition that both the parties shall abide by the terms and condition reached between them before the Mediation Committee.
