The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 502 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 15 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
