JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394/302 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation the name of petitioner's husband as well as others surfaced in this case and it also came to light that the husband of the petitioner and others committed the loot and, thereafter, murdered the truck driver. The looted TMT sariya was recovered near the house of petitioner and the looted truck was on N.H. 102. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one police official claimed that she had taken part in concealing the looted truck.

Case No. 418/2018.
