====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Defects as pointed out by the registry are ignored. The present petition has been filed for restoring a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 18347 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non compliance of the peremptory order dated 12.09.2019.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the preset petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 18347 of
Patna High Court MJC No.79 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 2019 to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing the defects, as pointed out by the registry in the aforesaid writ petition, within a period of four weeks' from today as also subject to payment of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within the aforesaid time frame.
The present petition stands allowed on the aforesaid terms.
