1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.424/2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and is a young boy aged about 22 years. It is next submitted that in the nature of allegation if the petitioner is sent to judicial custody, his entire career would get jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact with hardened criminals which will further restrict his future prospects. It is also submitted that no doubt the petitioner has an antecedent but then the case was instituted

It is further submitted that the petitioner alleged to have assaulted Ramashankar Singh with an iron rod causing injury on head but then from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that the injury was simple in nature. It is further submitted that even blow was not repeated.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.424/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. Further, one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely Devendra Rai @ Ramlal.
