2. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82645 of 2023 . 3 . Trial Court report reveals that in this case chargesheet has already been submitted and cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable u/s 498A , 304B, 302, 120B of IPC and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against 4 accused persons including this petitioner and sunsequently non-bailable

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7111 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 warrant was issued against all the four accused persons.
