Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have made attempt to fraudulently remove antena of tower from the land of one Jahir Maulana and for which petitioners are in jail custody since 23.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.204 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, and also taking note of the fact that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 698/2018.
