The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand and throwing the dead body in the river Budhi Gandak. Subsequently the dead body was recovered at the behest of the informant.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the agnates of the husband

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4591 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 of the victim and are separate since last two generations from the husband of the victim.

Considering the death after six years of the marriage and the petitioners being the agnates of the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -III, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
