Having regard to the fact that the grievance of the petitioner is amenable to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.

In the event the petitioner files the appeal along with a copy of this order before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today,
