Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the impugned order goes to show that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Chandra@ Chhote Sahib. Furthermore, impugned order goes to show that charge sheet has already been submitted against him but admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner was put on test identification parade by investigating

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge 10th cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathuari P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018.
