JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) For grant of benefits of 2nd and 3rd ACP/MACP which are due even after retirement from service of petitioner in February, 2022, though recommendation is pending, from while he was in service.

(ii) For direction to respondents to allow benefits of admissible ACP and

(iii) For further prayer that after grant of benefits of ACP and MACP, the consequential benefits like revised pension, gratuity, difference of salary, and other admissible dues may be given thereafter.

(iv) For issuance of any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case and accordingly would be relief which has not been expressly sought for."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks,

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
