Petitioner is in custody in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 for the offence under sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has deposited the entire amount with interest on 11.12.2018.

Considering the statement as to the payment of Rs. 10,38,615.67/- in the bank account for which no dues certificate has been issued by the Central Cooperative Bank on 11.12.2018.
