2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 230 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 103(1), 324(4), 329(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner stabbed knife in the stomach of the son of informant as a result of which, he died during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is assailant of the deceased, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. However, since petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
