Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of investigation, confessional statement of coaccused Rajesh Kumar Bhagat was recorded in connection with Mehsi P.S. case no. 7/2014 and the aforesaid co-accused disclosed the involvement of the petitioner in the present crime. On the basis of the aforesaid confessional statement, petitioner was made accused in this case and subsequently, remanded in this case on 18.6.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, he has been remanded in the cases which had been lodged against unknown persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
