The petitioner is accused in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 298 of 2012, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, Police got recorded the confessional statement of one Vijay Sahani who disclosed the name of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that, in fact, the petitioner is accused in five cases, due to that reason Police got implicated the petitioner in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2015.

No.19825 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-5th, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 298 of 2012. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
