Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58095 of 2021, as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
