2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 342, 325, 364(A), 386, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner and other co-accused persons kidnapped son of the informant for ransom and also assaulted him. However, the victim managed to escape from the clutches of the accused persons. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
