JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.
From the house of the petitioner, one country made pistol, two country made guns, three live cartridges and fifty one used cartridges were recovered. Though recovery of ganja was also made for that a separate case under N.D.P.S. Act was instituted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is from the joint family house. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
