Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Hence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari. Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of two weeks and pray for regular bail.
