2. This Court vide order dated 09.11.2023 has passed the following order :- "......The petitioner is one of the persons who has committed gang rape. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner......."

3. I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 24.05.2023. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

4. The trial Court is again directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
