JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for regular bail in Tillauthu P.S. Case No.579/14 for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

There is allegation of demand of dowry as well as torture on account of non-fulfillment of the same against the petitioner. Hence, it is alleged that the victim was done to death by burning by setting her on fire. It has been alleged that the victim has committed suicide by setting herself on fire. However, after the death of the victim on account of burn injury neither the police nor the public authority was informed for medical examination nor post mortem examination was done and the petitioner is the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1623 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 husband of the victim.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

It is, accordingly, rejected.
