In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.321 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made in the FIR that when the daughter of the informant was standing in Bhagwanpur Chowk, the accused persons came in a Bolero Car and forcibly took her in the said car. In the F.I.R. itself the informant has given the name of three persons including the petitioner with his mobile number. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6380 of 2016 (3) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 submitted that the victim in her 164 statement given the name of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
