The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. On behalf of learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondents, it has been submitted that the writ application has become infructuous as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and no further order is required to be passed in the present writ application.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of as being infructuous.
