The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with G.O. No. 262 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 56(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 46.5 liters of illicit liquor from an Ambassador vehicle and the petitioners are stated to be sitting in the said vehicle, when police had intercepted the vehicle and made a search.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, coupled with the fact that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioners on regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No. 262 of 2019.
