The petitioner seeks bail in Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 455.580 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from various places and two persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of this petitioner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner and he has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2021. Investigation is complete.
