The present writ application is for quashing of the order dated 08-03-2016 by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Patna whereby and whereunder, the learned Divisional Commissioner, Patna has quashed the order of Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Danapur in Land Dispute Appeal No. 19 of 2015 filed by Respondent No. 5.
