The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statements of Dhimal Ansari and Birju Ram. The petitioner was apprehended on 06.09.2014 but he has not been put on T.I.P. as yet. Co-accused Birju Ram has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3760 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (Town) P.S.
