JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co accused Kamlesh Yadav caused fire arm injury to the son of the informant Birendra Yadav who succumbed to the injury while Rajendra Goswami caused grievous injury to Bilas Yadav.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against this petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1654 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Katihar in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014.
