2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party, vide order dated 07.12.1998 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26110 of 1998.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
