The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 20.11.2022 in connection with Nowkothi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, F.I.R. dated 15.06.2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379,420,34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/40 of Bihar Minor Mineral Rule 1972 and also under Section 8 of the Bihar Illegal Mining Transportation Prevention Storage Rule 2003.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
