The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 23.46 litres of country made liquor was seized. He submits that recovery was made from the house and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In this case, the entire family members have been made accused. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/-
