2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 21 (C) , 22(C) , 25 , 25 , 29 of the NDPS Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , on secret information a raid was conducted in which it was found that all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner are indulged in trade of banned medicine in huge quantity beyond limit of commercial unit. The aforesaid recovery has been made from house of co-accused Ganesh Rai and this petitioner and other co-accused persons are associates of Ganesh Rai.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and also the
