Petitioner is accused in connection with Shampur (Kharagpur) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014 (G.R. No. 715 of 2014) registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26(1) of the Arms Act. The accusation is that on seeing the informant and others, one person started to flee away throwing his bag. On search, two country-made pistols and four live cartridges were recovered from the bag. The villagers disclosed the name of petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not apprehended by the Police with bag in which two country-made pistols and four live cartridges are said

No.9152 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 to be recovered, rather the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the villagers, but the name of the villagers had not been disclosed in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.09.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Shampur (Kharagpur) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014 and G.R. No. 715 of 2014. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
