The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The theft was committed in the house of the informant. Subsequently the informant came to know that the petitioner made attempt to sell the stolen articles on the shop of Rameshwar Yadav.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1872 of 2015 (02) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2014.
