JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.10.2018. He further submits that the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case, as he could not produce the paper of the motorcycle, which is suspected to be stolen one. Considering the the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
