Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 08 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner was exonerated by the police after completion of investigation, but the Court below has taken cognizance differing with the final form submitted by the police. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named be
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3275 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S.
