The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 120(B), 494, 495, 323, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint case, there is allegation against this petitioner of outraging the modesty of complainant and also assaulting her.

Petitioner is none else but own Devar (brother-in-law) of the complainant. There is general and omnibus allegation of abuse, assault and demand of dowry. Petitioner lives separately and has got no concern with the affairs of complainant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4458 of 2023(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. IInd Class, Begusarai / concerned court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1342-C of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
