The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.279 of 2022, registered for the offences u/s 290 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar (Aurangabad).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
