2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50883 of 2024 to the extent of extending the period of surrender and also to exempt to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- in Nazarat.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, only the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

4. The order dated 21.09.2024 is modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4540 of 2025(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application is partly allowed.
