This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation against them of demand of dowry and torture of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2853 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
