Petitioner apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It is alleged that this petitioner, along with other FIR named co-accused persons, killed the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Petitioner is unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and allegation against her is general and omnibus in nature. She is separate in mess and property and is not concerned with day-to-day life affairs of the deceased. He next submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.3457 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 481 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
