Taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail custody since 28.09.2014 on the accusation that nine cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession when he was caught by the police and furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case no. 423/2014.
