Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 24.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6445/2014 giving liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already remained in jail custody for more than one year but up till now, his trial could not be concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Gaya in Sessions trial no. 598 of 2014/ 431 of 2014 arising out of
