The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant but no injury was caused. It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties, this false case has been lodged against this petitioner. As a matter of fact, informant wants to dispossess and deprive the petitioner from his ancestral property, therefore petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3234 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Parbatta P.S.
