2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 126(2), 115(2), 124(1), 109, 85, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been arrested and the present application has become infructuous, and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.
